The Insurance account manager is responsible for procuring new business and retaining existing business by identifying clients’ risk management needs, understanding various carriers’ target and specialty, and obtaining best value coverage and protection for the clients. In addition, the Account Manager is accountable for meeting revenue goals, managing and improving processes, as well as exemplifying best practices in client service.
