Zhou Agency is an advisory company providing integrated services of accounting, insurance, and real estate for both individuals and businesses. We are hiring accounting interns for the 2027 tax season and onwards. Interns will be provided with a series of training, equipped with real-life accounting practices, and will have the opportunities to become our full-time employees later on.

Position:

Accounting Intern
Open to Both Part-time and Full-time
In-person in Chicago

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of U.S. Federal and State income tax returns

• Handle basic clients’ communication through incoming phone calls and company public emails

• Provide administrative support in clients’ database maintenance and procedure optimization

• Work with the team to fulfill other ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate a high capacity to work independently, must be detail-oriented, and be able to take on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Graduate or junior or senior year students in accounting/tax major

• Prior completion of tax or accounting related working experience is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Highly adaptable in multi-cultural environment

• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week Monday - Saturday
