Develop and execute retention strategies to deepen client relationships and improve satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand services offered to existing clients, including tax planning, financial planning, life insurance, and real estate advisory.
Engage new leads, assess their tax and financial needs, and guide them through a seamless onboarding experience into full-service engagements.
Life Insurance & Real Estate Case Management
Collaborate with internal partners on the conversion and onboarding process for life insurance and real estate investment cases, ensuring smooth client transitions and successful closures.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of life insurance and real estate products as tax-efficient strategies, with intent of obtaining Real Estate & Life insurance licenses
